Nothing in this Policy creates a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between VSG and any client or third party. VSG does not act as a general contractor, project manager of record, legal advisor, financial advisor, or licensed trade professional.

Refunds: Because services involve professional time and advisory work, refunds are limited. Refunds may be issued at VSG’s discretion if services are not delivered due to VSG-related delays. No refunds are provided for delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide required information.
Charge disputes: Clients agree to contact VSG in good faith to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback. Documentation of work performed, communications, and delivered materials may be used to respond to payment disputes.
VSG provides advisory guidance based on industry experience and information available at the time. We do not guarantee outcomes, production results, financial savings, incentive eligibility, timelines, or third-party performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our websites, services, referrals, or guidance.
Parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal action. If arbitration is used, it may be administered by AAA or JAMS, and you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms by submitting written notice to VSG.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Claims eligible for small claims court may be brought in small claims court instead of arbitration.
